Worked on my new treatment ideas for M.E.
Stood against activists' targetted personal abuse of M.E patients.
Stood up against activists' hounding personal abuse of M.E researchers.
Warned M.E patients they are likely being radicalized.
Had a great sleep.
Added a few thousand words to this million word blog on M.E.
Walked 6 miles.
Had "a bit of a lie down" in the sunshine.
Yeah. I'd say that I am recovered from M.E. :)

If I'd stayed on as an advocate while patients were led into harming others, I'd still be ill right now. I'm certain of it.
